General Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long does it take to complete a website?
A: It really depends on the website that is being built, and our current work load. Most of our budget priced packages are completed within 1-2 weeks. A more sophisticated website can take up to 3-4 weeks.

Q: What kind of Website do I need?
A: There is no “one size fits all” website solution. Every client is different. We work with you and your company to determine the right fit.

Q: How do I maintain my website after it is built?
A: Our website packages contain backend editing programs that are web based.  Providing an easy, user-friendly way to update images and text on your website. It’s just like editing a WORD document, but even easier!  Studio 8 also offers affordable maintenance packages for anyone’s needs.

Domain Name/Hosting
Q: Do you offer Hosting or Domain Names?
A: Studio 8 Productions does not directly offer any Hosting Services, however we have teamed up with 1&1 to offer our clients great service at low prices.

Q: I don’t have a Domain Name or host, can you set one up for me?
A: Absolutely! Studio 8 Productions is more than happy to setup any 1&1 Hosting Service free of charge.

Q: I already have a Domain Name & Host, is that ok?
A: Sure! Some of our websites require specific server requirements, and most hosting companies can meet these requirements. However, most of our clients find 1&1’s low hosting fees too good to pass up!

Forms/ Contracts
Q: What software do I need to open Forms & Contracts?
A: Our Forms & Contracts are PDF based and run off Adobe Acrobat version 8.0 or newer.  You can download the latest version of Adobe Reader for FREE  HERE

Q: How long is my Quoted Price valid?
A: All quotes are valid for 1 month. This does not include sale prices which expire at their appropriate date.

Q: How do I sign my Contract?
A: Our Contracts are PDF based and require a digital signature.  A Studio 8 Representative can connect directly to your PC and walk you through the process.

Account/Billing Information
Q: How does the billing process work?
A: Our billing service is completely automated. With this service paying your bill is easier than ever before. You will now receive automated monthly statements, as well as the opportunity to pay your bill online. For your protection, please do not email payment information or inquiries about your invoice. Q: When is my bill due?
A: Studio 8 uses an automated payment program that will alert you when your bill is due.

Q: I haven’t received my Invoice.
A: Invoices are delivered electronically to the client’s e-mail on record. We use a dedicated e-mail server for our billing service. Please check your mail box’s SPAM settings to insure it’s delivery, and Contact us directly at (419) 564-2114 if you feel you have not received your invoice.

Q: I’ve received an Invoice how do I pay it?
A: It’s simple, just head over to our Online Bill Pay section, enter your invoice details, and confirm your payment.

Q: Can I mail my payment?
A: Yes. We also accept payment via Checks. This is only recommended for final payments, or clients who are unable to pay via Credit Card. Online payments via any major credit card are preferred, and speed up the process.  All checks should be made out to “Studio 8 Productions”, and may be required to clear payment before work can begin.
